Citrix Netscaler Engineer (x2)

• Design & Implement: Define and deploy Citrix infrastructure (VDA, StoreFront, Cloud Connector, and NetScaler).
• Administer & Maintain: Configure and support XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, and SPA, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Governance & ITSM: Ensure ITIL-aligned support, manage incidents, projects, and SLAs, and ensure compliance with ISO processes.
• Leadership: Mentor Junior Engineers and oversee migrations, disaster recovery, and continuous improvements.

• Masters Degree in IT / Computer Science
• Citrix Certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V, and CCE-V) Required
• ITIL Practitioner (V3) / Specialist (V4)
• 5+ years' experience with Citrix engineering & administration
• 8+ years' experience with Microsoft Systems (Server 20162022, IIS, RDS, WSUS, and PowerShell)
• Strong virtualization knowledge (VMware and Hyper-V)
• Advantageous: PMP/Prince2, Windows Server, ISO 27000, and French-speaking
