Job Summary Conduct thorough handover at start and end of shifts, complete checklists and shift handover document. Conduct communication sessions at start of shift. Complete Daily checklists and report any defects immediately. Conduct cycle counts. Ensure stacks meet required standards. Complete all stock entries on software programmes' (receiving & dispatching). Update inventory board in the Ops Office during each shift. Place orders for CHEP pallets, slipsheets and craft paper. Verify inbound and outbound loads. Report damages and incidents to management, and complete preliminary reports. Manage diesel fillings for forklifts. Collection of documents from other warehouses before start of shift. Complete relevant reports for all Warehouses and send to customers. Submit documents and reports to Warehouse Admin. Ensure process work flow of trucks is conducted accurately. Verify load confirmation via email Sweepings of damages weighed and marked for loading. Release documents for local exports. Ensure correct product and counts are packed into the correct container. Complete/update Sales, transfers and third party receipts on system Verify Crane operators checklists and time sheets. Printing container lists and generating gate pass for drivers taking dispatched containers away. Conduct stock count with Management and customers. Allocate ASL and contracted employees for relevant duties throughout the shift. Scan dispatch documents to relevant customers. Comply with company policies.
