- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the point-of-sale system
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Collaborate with sales team members to meet and exceed sales targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by the sales managerRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
