The Sales Team Lead will manage and grow a high-volume, office-based B2C sales team. The role involves driving sales performance, coaching team members, overseeing CRM usage, and collaborating with technology and marketing teams to deliver impactful results.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily sales team operations, resolve escalations, and remove obstaclesDrive sales cadence and performance through effective leadershipCoach, train, and develop sales staff to reach targetsDefine and manage performance metrics to monitor successOversee CRM management, reporting, and optimisation (Zoho preferred)Work with the technology team to enhance sales processesAchieve agreed annual sales targets and KPIsCollaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns and promotionsFoster strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentAbout YouMinimum 2-3 years experience in sales management within a B2C environmentProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in high-volume settingsProficiency in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Google WorkspaceStrong negotiation, closing, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesConfident, professional, and skilled in people managementProblem-solving mindset with the ability to work across divisionsPassionate about renewable energy and sustainability
