Job Summary 1. Install, configure and maintain wireless access points, antennas and other wireless equipment. 2. Perform regular site surveys and analyse the results to ensure optimal signal coverage and performance. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity issues for customers. 4. Monitor and maintain network performance, identify and address network issues as they arise. 5. Assist with the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure, including cabling, routers, switches and other networking equipment. 6. Assist with the implementation of network security measures such as firewalls, VPNs and intrusion detection/prevention systems. 7. Provide customer service and technical support, respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues. 8. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, network configurations and service requests. 9. Adhere to industry standards and best practices for wireless networking. 10. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in wireless technology. 11. Additional duties as assigned by the Network Manager. 12. License & Own transport.
