This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing communications plans, managing digital marketing initiatives, and overseeing public relations activities to enhance our brand presence and drive business objectives.What you will do:Marketing Communications:

Support the development and execution of comprehensive marketing communications strategies to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
Create compelling messaging and content for various marketing materials, including website copy, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all channels.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communications campaigns, leveraging data to optimize strategies and tactics.

Digital Marketing:

Support digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, utilizing SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
Manage social media channels, creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media performance metrics.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices, recommending innovative strategies to enhance digital presence and audience engagement

Public Relations:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to generate positive media coverage and PR opportunities.
Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to announce company news, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
Plan and execute PR events, such as press conferences, media briefings, and industry tradeshows, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Monitor media coverage and sentiment, proactively addressing any negative publicity or crisis communications situations as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, and public relations roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for different audiences and channels.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS), email marketing software, social media management tools, and web analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing techniques.
Familiarity with PR principles and practices, including media relations, press release writing, and event management.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
