
Label Line Lead and Deputy Responsible Pharmacist

- Providing credible pharmaceutical services for the operations management following Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Demonstrates and promotes the company’s vision of the 4I’s part of company's goals and objectives.
- Assume the role of an RP when needed, guaranteeing consistent oversight and adherence to SAHPRA, SAPC, DoH regulations, and internal SOPs. Work closely with the RP to uphold complete compliance throughout all pharmaceutical operations.
- Collaborate with the RP and Quality team to actively address and solve quality-related matters, including issues stemming from customer complaints, client worries, and internal incidents.
- Conduct all pharmaceutical clinical trial activities safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations.
- Maintain pharmacy plans, SOPs, and relevant documentation as per requirements of regulatory bodies.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure findings are addressed and closed timely.
- Initiate, investigate, and close off CAPAs and Non-Conformances.
- Ensure that environmental conditions, temperature, and humidity are continuously monitored and controlled.
- Coordinate the labelling process to guarantee accuracy and alignment with regulatory standards.
- Lead and perform line openings, changeovers, and line closures, ensuring all procedures are accurately followed.
- Prepare and lead production schedules for labelling operations.
- Ensures timely completion of labelling and packaging tasks by label associates.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all labelling activities and timely submission of records with all supporting documentation upon batch completion.
- Conduct in-process checks and visual inspections to ensure labelling quality, while promptly identifying and resolving any issues related to labelling operations.
- Train and develop staff on SOPs and labelling procedures.
