RPO Recruitment is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Branch Manager in the trailer manufacturing industry, located in Kempton Park. We are looking for a friendly and dynamic individual to join our team. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our client's trailer manufacturing branch, managing resources and staff, developing and achieving sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will also be tasked with implementing and maintaining stock control procedures, managing logistics and supply chain activities, overseeing administrative duties, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within the trailer manufacturing industry

Proven track record of successful sales achievements
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
Knowledge of stock control procedures and supply chain management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license
