Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern time zoneAbout the JobWe’re hiring a growth-minded marketer to own end-to-end marketing execution, with one rule: everything must be done with AI. You’ll direct, edit, and optimize. But you don’t write, post, or manually build anything. Instead, you manage AI systems that do. You’ll orchestrate SEO, content, especially LinkedIn, and analytics, not with elbow grease, but with leverage.This role requires strong familiarity with B2B enterprise software and a working understanding of how back-office operations, workflows, and SaaS buying decisions work. You’ll be marketing to RevOps, Finance, and Ops leaders, not consumers.About the RoleYou’ll be the first and only marketing hire, responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling our AI-first growth engine. This is a solo operator role with no manual execution. All content creation, publishing, and optimization must be driven by AI tools and workflows you manage.
