  • Selling of life assurance and funeral policies (Telesales)
  • Conducting clients needs analysis
  • Following up on leads
  • Servicing new and existing members
  • Quality control of new business
Qualifications and Experience
  • Matric
  • FSCA recognised qualification on NQF level 4, as per FSCA legislative requirements
  • RE5, as per FSCA legislative requirements
  • 1 year proven Contact Centre sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
Knowledge and Skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Customer centricity
  • Attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Time management skills
