Job Summary We’re looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join our high-performing analytics team and transform data into actionable insights that power smarter decisions. Explore and wrangle large, complex datasets to uncover trends and create value.
Build and enhance predictive models to drive data-driven strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven outcomes.
Use your Python, R, and SQL skills to automate, innovate, and visualise insights.

What You Bring:

A recent degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline,

OR up to 1 year of experience in a data-focused role (bonus if in financial services, credit, or fintech). * Exposure to machine learning or AI projects through studies, work, or personal projects.

Strong technical skills in Python, R, and SQL.
A passion for using data to solve problems and deliver real-world impact.
A curious, growth-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
