INTERNAL SALES COORDINATOR

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE WILL BE: (of course there will be others as the job, and you grow)

Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations
Capturing and loading orders from customer via telephone and / or email
Managing Customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties
Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to our customer’s orders
Co-ordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team
Ensuring that our deliveries are made in accordance with our objective of satisfying our Customer’s requirements
Providing Customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
Preparing Price Increase Letters
Updating and ensuring Customer Information in SAP is correct
