Were on the hunt for a Finance Business Partner whos as passionate about strategy as they are about spreadsheets. This role isnt just about crunching numbers its about shaping decisions, driving performance, and being a trusted partner to operations.What youll be doing:
- Be the go-to finance expert delivering accurate financial insights that drive smart business decisions.
- Build and refine cost models to support scenario planning, benchmarking, and margin optimization.
- Partner with the business to budget, forecast, and plan with precision and clarity.
- Ensure strong governance and risk management, keeping financial controls watertight.
- Collaborate with operational teams to evaluate BOM models and support trade-off analysis across cost, volume, and margin levers.
- Champion process improvements and smarter systems to keep finance efficient and effective.
- A BCom in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
- CA(SA) or CIMA a big plus!
- 3+ years in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, or commercial finance role.
- Solid experience with data analytics and turning numbers into compelling stories.
- Extensive expertise within costing and manufacturing
- Advanced SAP and Excel skills (bonus points for SAP superuser or costing knowledge).
- Must have worked on Bill of Materials (BOM's)
- Comfort with data tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or QlikView.
- A valid South African drivers licence.
