
SHE&R Administrator

- Maintain and update SHE&R records and documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate SHE&R audits and inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Facilitate SHE&R training sessions and keep training records up to date.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal departments to ensure compliance.
- Assist with incident investigations and prepare reports.
- Monitor and track safety performance metrics and generate regular reports.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.
- Grade 12 (Matric certificate).
- SAMTRAC certification is required.
- National Diploma in Safety Management is advantageous.
- Courses in SHEQ management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001) would be beneficial.
- Experience in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment.
- Knowledge of accident investigation techniques.
- First Aid certification is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Operational Execution covering Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Risk Assessments, FMCG, and Warehousing.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Salary: negotiable.
