The Preowned Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, presenting preowned vehicles to potential buyers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves active customer engagement, vehicle knowledge, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell certified preowned vehicles to potential customers.Greet customers, understand their vehicle needs, and recommend suitable options.Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.Provide accurate information about vehicle history, features, financing options, and warranties.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions.Assist in sourcing and evaluating trade-ins.Process all paperwork and documentation related to the sale.Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build long-term relationships.Maintain the display area and ensure vehicles are clean and well-presented.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and events.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably preowned.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Skills and Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Sales-driven mindset with customer-centric approach.Knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, and market trends.Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.Proficient in CRM and dealership management systems.Good organizational and time management skills.Professional appearance and behavior.Working Conditions:Showroom and outdoor lot environment.Weekend and evening work may be required.Target-driven and commission-based structure.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of vehicles sold per month.Customer satisfaction ratings.Conversion rate from leads to sales.Accuracy in paperwork and finance processing.
