How you'll roleAs a Data/Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of ERP and Cube Reporting solutions. This position involves designing, building, and deploying multidimensional cubes and ETL processes, maintaining existing models, and continuously searching for new ways to improve and integrate data for optimal business performance.What you'll do

Design, build, test, and deploy multidimensional cubes, rules, and ETL processes

Maintain existing TM1 models and develop user interfaces for data capture

Provide post-deployment support and create technical documentation

Integrate new data sources into relevant processes and tools

Manage user permissions, monitor server performance, and conduct user training

Improve processes and solve complex user queries proactively

Translate client requests into technical requirements and comprehensive project roadmaps

Define and apply best development practices within the team

Mentor and upskill team members, while supporting end users with the IBM Planning Analytics system

What you'll need

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in cross-functional teams with a focus on achieving shared goals

Expertise in managing multiple projects with on-time delivery

Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability to changing environments

At least 3 years of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development experience

Undergraduate degree with majors in Information Systems/Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

Considerable experience with cube technology, dimensional modeling, PA, PAW, PAX, and OLAP tools

Proficient in Excel and conceptualizing new solutions based on business requirements

Desirable skills include knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python, and familiarity with sports betting markets
