PURPPOSE OF JOB:Take responsibility for all outstanding on the CAB System and report hourly numbers to managerKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:This position will be responsible for the following 4 Key Performance Areas:1. Financial KPA: Action on all Outstanding batches from CAB system and report any production changes to manager2. Customer KPA: Ensure Customer tyres are out of the factory in time.3. Operational KPA: Report any problems to the Factory manager / Hourly numbers to be given to Factory manager4. Learn & Grow KPA: Motivating self to learn in more areasKEY PERFORMANCE AREA(RESPONSIBILITIES)MEASURE | KPI(WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE)Financial Responsibilities:· Action on all Outstanding batches from CAB system and report any production changes to managerCustomer Responsibilities:· Making sure all tyres on the Outstanding is out on time as per SOP· Any changes to be reported to Factory Manager firstOperational Responsibilities:· Report hourly numbers of staff to manager· Making sure that the outstanding tyre goes out firstLearn & Grow Responsibilities:· Batches to be checked and report if any problems
