- Take full ownership of the social media content strategy, ensuring it aligns with the brand's goals and target audience.
- Develop and maintain a detailed social media content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, incorporating promotions, trends, and key campaign milestones.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to strategise and innovate ways to grow social media presence and engagement.
- Design and develop visually compelling and brand-appropriate content for all social media platforms.
- Stay up to date with design tools and trends, utilising software like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other relevant design tools.
- Conceptualise and execute photoshoots, ensuring content aligns with the brand identity and current trends.
- Create engaging videos, reels, and TikToks that resonate with the target audience.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules and audience engagement.
- Handle all online customer queries and comments promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to remain relevant and competitive.
- Develop LinkedIn-appropriate content for business updates, corporate milestones, and industry-related topics to enhance the brand's professional image.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with broader campaigns and branding strategies.
- Proactively propose ideas for social media shoots and content themes to ensure timely execution.

- Social Media Leadership: Ability to lead content strategy and calendar planning independently.
- Design Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar. - Advantageous.
- Creativity: Ability to generate fresh, engaging, and on-trend content ideas.
- Social Media Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Customer Service: Strong written communication skills to handle online queries professionally.
- Trend Awareness: Passion for fashion and staying current with social media and industry trends.
- Energy and Initiative: Proactive, enthusiastic, and a self-starter eager to elevate the brand.
- Photography: Technical ability to take product photography for marketing purposes and for use on the brand's online store, in addition to the photography requirements related to social media content creation.
- Previous fashion photography experience is advantageous.
