- 📦 Manage and oversee the full inventory accounting function across multiple locations.
- 📊 Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting.
- 🧾 Analyze inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- 🤝 Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize inventory processes.
- 📈 Prepare and present inventory-related financial reports to senior management.
- ✅ Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- 📅 Support audits and assist with year-end financial processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (BCom or equivalent) 🎓
- 3–5 years’ experience in a full accounting function, with a strong focus on inventory 📚
- Experience in the retail or FMCG sector is highly advantageous 🛍️
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP and Oracle) 💻
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 🔍
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
