We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our e-commerce marketing team. This mid-to-senior role will focus on campaign coordination, execution support, and data-driven optimisation across channels. The coordinator will work closely with the PPC specialist, content strategist and creative team to deliver seamless campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and ROI.Requirements

3–4 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or campaign management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising or related fields.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytical tools.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social and other paid media channels.
Assist with campaign reporting, tracking KPIs, and maintaining dashboards.
Manage content calendars and ensure the smooth delivery of creative assets.
Liaise with internal teams to coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and timelines.
Contribute ideas for improving campaign reach, efficiency and ROI.
Ensure consistent brand representation across channels.
Manage ad hoc cross-business marketing projects as required to attain business goals.
