Senior Manager position available with Restaurant at well-known Restaurant / clubhouse in the Fourways area. Looking for an all-round management candidate with 10 or more years’ senior experience in a full-service Restaurant environment. Must be well-spoken, fluent in English with exceptional communications skills. Duties will include detailed stock management, customer relations, Restaurant administration, food-liquor costing, stock reporting, service quality control, opening & closing procedures. Applicants must be skilled in staff management, staff motivation and staff training. Must have very strong Restaurant operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant / Bar & events operation.
