You will be responsible for maintaining applications received, processing new customer applications, handling of customer queries, resolving errors on Syspro, verification and activation of customers on the internal portal and filling and scanning of documents.Job Specification:

Grade 12 with a business diploma
Must have a love for numbers
We use Syspro, so Knowledge of this would be an added advantage.
1-year relevant experience.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Skills

Patience with investigative skills.
Never giving up until the problem is resolved.
You need to get on with people and manage the relationships.
You will work independently but will be part of a Team.
You’ll be in a finance environment, so speed and accuracy is very important
Attention to detail is a key factor
You need to have good computer skills
