  • Matric
  • RE5 and or NQF 5 qualification, will be advantageous
  • Non-smoker
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • 1-4 years' experience in an administrative or insurance-related role
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Willing to grow within a brokerage environment
  • Willing to work overtime or to start early when necessary
  • Must be able to provide consistent and timely feedback
  • Must be able to work under pressure

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to)
  • Processing policy renewals
  • Making amendments to existing policies
  • Requesting quotations

  • Strong personality: must be able to stand their ground and negotiate for favourable outcome
  • Must be comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone
  • Must be able to take initiative and think ahead regarding next steps
Work hoursMonday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30Friday: 08:00 - 16:00RemunerationR 8 000 - R 11 000 (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)IMPORTANT:
