The accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing management accounts, and ensuring compliance.Responsibilities:Daily processing of bank accounts, loan transactions, bond and lease-to-own transactions, bad debts, etc.Preparing VAT201 and YTD reconsPrepare management accountsPrepare and maintain loan schedules and circulating to lendersLoading payments for legal expenses and loan repaymentsEnsuring intercompany loans reconcile monthlyAssisting with preparation of compliance documents for National Credit Regulation.Required Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.24 years of relevant accounting experience (property or financial services sector is advantageous).Strong Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with VAT, loan schedules, and management accounts preparation.Key Competencies:High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
