As an Executive Head Baker, you will manage the bakery, and Kitchen, when necessary, alongside the Executive Sous Chef, ensuring that the culinary service standards are met, conduct training with staff to meet the standards, manage staff’s performance and conduct, contribute to planning of food menu offerings including costings, estimate food consumption & requisition or purchase food, ensure kitchen stations are prepped, stocked and run efficiently during service and monitor and maintain the guest experience by ensuring that every one of our guests receive personalised attention and experiences every time.Requirements:-At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy, up-market establishment
