- Build and maintain relationships with business partners / clients
- Achieve sales targets, develop action plans, and set objectives to achieve maximum revenue
- Have a clear understanding of the organisations policies and procedures and ensure compliance
- Continuously maintain a sound knowledge of the organisations products and services in order to enable new business in accordance with the strategic and profitability goals
- Identify business opportunities, emerging markets and market changes
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Cold calling and continuous follow ups
- Sales reporting
- Oversee the management of client accounts, obtain feedback and encourage continued patronage
- Represent company at events, trade shows, and other related events.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in hospitality industry
- Strong business sense, industry experience and database of contracts
- Successful previous experience in consistently meeting or exceeding targets
