- A Basic Salary of R10 000 basic after a 3 months of R15 000 basic - From incentives on Sales as per Incentive Structure (R5000 Guaranteed incentive provided for first 3 months)
- R750 Fuel Allowance per month
- Bond commission as per existing structure
- Quarterly incentive drives
- Company phone with data and airtime provided.
- Tax on PAYE basis, Plus UIF
- There will be specialists in specialist roles to assist agents to focus on their primary job functions / great admin support
- Professional photography on listings
- Branded company clothing (Shirts, jacket and name badge)
- Boards/Flyers
- Out of home advertising
- Prospecting for new and potential sellers
- Working closely with an internal agent / team leader that will assist with admin functions
- Track buyer leads and record activity on CRM
- Present valuations to potential sellers
- Attend photography appointments where necessary
- Assist with media when professional media is not possible
- Placement of For Sale and Sold boards
- Schedule and attend Open Hour / show days on new listings
- Respond to incoming buyer leads
- Arrange and attend viewing appointments with buyers and sellers
- Assist with buyer prospecting
- Provide buyer feedback to seller after viewing and record all feedback on CRM
- Where required, visit Seller/Buyer to complete/submit/accept Offer to Purchase
- Schedule and attend handover on occupation date
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Interest and experience in residential property marketing and selling, specifically residential housing
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English and at least one other official SA language
- Confident with stand out in a crowd personal qualities
- Well Groomed, Proffessional, and Polished
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
- Never quit attitude even in tough times persistence and resilience are key attributes
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Negotiation and selling skills
- Ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team with a lot of self-discipline
- Ability to work flexible hours which include working over weekends and after hours
- Digitally savvy with a good understanding of technology and social media
- 3-5 years relevant experience in sales and property industry - is an advantage
- Professional Practitioner in Real Estate with relevant NQF 4 qualification - is an advantage
- A valid drivers license with own transport
- South African with ID to presenting this.
