- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Client satisfaction and retention rates
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth
- Successful execution of marketing campaigns
- Expansion of the customer base and market share
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG/Agricultural industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
