Engineering Manager

• Provide technical knowledge and solutions for maintenance and repair services
• Lead and manage the engineering team
• Oversee and be accountable for all engineering departments
• Understand health and safety regulations
• Offer solutions to challenges in other departments
• Project management
• Engineering quality control
• Be involved in operational aspects of the business (hands-on)
• Oversee mechanical design and layout work
• Oversee production of drawings for manufacturing
• Oversee routine and planned maintenance
• Liaise with various service providers
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and facilitate repairs
• Ensure efficiency and highest possible production levels

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 5-10 years experience in maintenance or production environment
• Competency in computer-aided engineering design and drawing
• Hands-on working experience in maintenance or manufacturing environment
• Proven project management experience
• Proven leadership experience
• A Government Certificate of Competence (GCC)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
