
SAP & IT Specialist

- Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum 6 years' experience in recruitment, consulting or IT and/or SAP sales services industry is an advantage.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a technology or IT Sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B Enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of SAP Solutions, (including SAP S/4Hana, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Business One, SAP Analytics Cloud and other relevant modules).
- Self-motivated, results driven and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams with a strong network and contacts in relevant industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client challenges.
- A valid drivers' license with own reliable vehicle (essential).
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including prospecting, networking and marketing campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a smooth efficient process.
- Maintain a strong understanding of SAP technologies, including cloud solutions, data management and AI Integration.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies to effectively position SAP solutions.
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to align SAP Solutions with client needs.
- Ability to land new business, develop and grow clientele.
- Proven capacity to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets and KPI's.
- Work closely with pre-sales, consulting, and other internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
