Our client, a well-established and respected Commercial Architectural Firm based in Cape Town, is seeking a Senior Architect with at least 10 years of industry experience and expert-level proficiency in ArchiCAD.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in architecture
- Proven experience in commercial architecture
- Professional registration with SACAP (or in the process)
- Expert-level proficiency in ArchiCAD - this is non-negotiable
- Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills
- Ability to manage and mentor junior staff
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- A solid portfolio showcasing relevant commercial projects
- Lead the design and documentation process on multiple commercial projects
- Oversee technical drawings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Provide guidance and support to the architectural team
- Ensure quality control across all stages of design and construction
