- 3-5 years of experience in software development management, including leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (software engineers, business analysts, and test analysts) with a focus on collaboration, quality, and timely delivery.
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end technology solutions using Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices, SQL, and Cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with hands-on experience in progressive software and database development roles.
- Solid general business acumen, with exposure to the retail credit and banking industries, as well as budgeting and accounting principles.
- Skilled in stakeholder relationship management, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business outcomes.
- Experience delivering in fast-paced environments, applying project management principles and methodologies to drive execution.
- Involved in business analysis, design, and the implementation and maintenance of financial and contact centre systems and procedures.
- Committed to continuous improvement, value prioritisation, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
