This role involves leading multi-disciplinary software development teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end technology solutions using modern architectures like microservices and cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and experience in financial systems within fast-paced environments.

Our Ideal Candidate

3-5 years of experience in software development management, including leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (software engineers, business analysts, and test analysts) with a focus on collaboration, quality, and timely delivery.
Proven track record in delivering end-to-end technology solutions using Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices, SQL, and Cloud-based platforms.
Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with hands-on experience in progressive software and database development roles.
Solid general business acumen, with exposure to the retail credit and banking industries, as well as budgeting and accounting principles.
Skilled in stakeholder relationship management, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business outcomes.
Experience delivering in fast-paced environments, applying project management principles and methodologies to drive execution.
Involved in business analysis, design, and the implementation and maintenance of financial and contact centre systems and procedures.
Committed to continuous improvement, value prioritisation, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Experience working in environments that require validation of work and adherence to high-quality standards.
