Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:30, on-siteAn established financial planning practice based in Durban is looking for a professional, detail-oriented Paraplanner to join their high-performing team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in financial advice processes, compliance, and investment-related services.Minimum Requirements:Matric certificateMinimum of 5 years' experience at a CAT I Financial Services Provider (FSP)Exposure to investments, long-term insurance, employee benefits, medical aid, and gap coverSolid knowledge of financial advice and investment solutionsProficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with financial planning CRMs (e.g., AtWork, EliteWealth, Xplan)Must be based in Durban and able to work from the office full-timeKey Competencies:Understanding of FAIS, FICA, and financial services complianceHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and mathematical abilityExcellent communication and writing skillsTeam-oriented mindset and professionalismEffective time management and ability to meet deadlinesAdaptability and willingness to support evolving team and client needsKey Responsibilities:Conduct research and gather information for financial advisorsVerify accuracy of policy schedules and client documentationDraft client reports and advice documentationSupport with compliance and client review processesCollaborate with advisors, clients, service providers, and team membersAssist in developing systems, templates, and processes to enhance service deliveryContribute to the overall client engagement strategyRemuneration:Target Gross Monthly Salary: (based on experience and skillset)Includes an annual performance-based bonus via a profit share incentive schemeContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
