Reporting directly to leadership, you’ll be responsible for building scalable processes, aligning systems, and delivering data-driven insights that enable predictable revenue growth. You’ll lead the implementation and optimisation of core GTM tools, establish governance frameworks, and shape how revenue is measured, forecasted, and accelerated across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and roll out RevOps systems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer SuccessEvaluate and optimise the GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, sales tools)Build and maintain reporting dashboards for pipeline health, funnel performance, and revenue forecastingDevelop data governance frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessSupport leadership with insights into performance bottlenecks and strategic decision-makingLead CRM implementation and adoption, including integrations and best practicesEnable revenue teams with real-time insights, automations, and accurate analyticsDrive territory planning, quota setting, and compensation strategyOwn forecasting cadence and ensure full-funnel accountabilityWhat You’ll Bring5+ years of RevOps or Sales Ops experience in B2B SaaS or techProven success implementing RevOps functions or large-scale process/system changesExpertise in CRM platforms, BI tools, and automation stacksDeep understanding of SaaS metrics, funnel stages, attribution, and forecastingStrong analytical skills, business acumen, and decision-making capabilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related fieldExcellent project management and stakeholder engagement skillsSelf-starter with a collaborative, solution-driven approachNice to HaveExperience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environmentFamiliarity with PRM tools and integrationsBackground in marketing attribution or campaign analyticsWhat’s On OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsDirect impact in building scalable operations in a growing tech businessHigh visibility with senior leadershipRemote flexibility and a supportive, fast-moving cultureCompany Culture
