Western Cape – South Africa: We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Farm Manager with solid leadership skills and a true owner’s mentality to take charge of day-to-day operations on a diverse farming unit.This role requires someone with broad, practical experience across key farming areas – including livestock, planting, mechanical maintenance, irrigation systems (Conala), and basic medical care (medics). Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
Minimum 10 years’ experience in agricultural field
Proven previous cropping experience (wheat & canola)
Proven experience with cattle
Experience with GPS, autosteer
Maintenance and mechanically orientated
Good record keeping skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to lead and work with a team
Computer literate
Valid driver’s license
