The successful candidate must be a motivated individual and must be in possession of the following listed below:REQUIREMENTS:•Grade 12. •At least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role.• Hardworking and reliable.• Good self-management.• Must be able to work in a team and manage the team.• Dependable, reliable, responsible, and fulfilling obligations.•Must be computer literate.•Deadline driven.•Attention to detail is important.•Excellent communication skills.•Strong planning and organizing skills.•Must be able to work under pressure.FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES (Included but are not limited to):•Control all departments during night shift namely: Warehouse, cleaning team, WMS (Input, Output & ACF) Room 17, Warehouse Loading and Offal loading department.•Control all shift employees during night shift.•Control loading and offloading of all vehicles and ensure vehicles and containers balance at the weighbridge.•Control discipline during night shift of all departmental employees.•Inform and contact management of any problems/issues/risks during night shift.•Control Health, Hygiene, PPE and Safety during night shift.•Control all SOP's and company policies during night shift.•Control employee’s productivity during night shift.•Manage measles protocol during night shift.•Complete daily night shift reports and send to management.•Report any faulty equipment to management.•Assist with identifying employees for succession planning.•Assisting internal and external customers during night shift.•Assist with training and development of employees on night shift.•Controlling leave for departmental employees.•Ad hoc functions and tasks.Submit your application form or CV to the HR Department, or alternatively via email to recruit@karanbeef.com
