At least 5 years of solid engineering experience.
Strong backend skills with .NET and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Frontend expertise in at least one modern framework (React, Angular, Vue).
A good eye for architecture and design patterns.
Confidence working with both legacy systems and greenfield builds.
Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure) and containerisation.
You write code that others enjoy reading and maintaining.
Bonus: you like mentoring, sharing knowledge, and shaping good habits in a team.

What youll do

Work across the stack - backend, frontend, cloud.
Take part in design discussions, contribute to technical decisions, and help push projects forward.
Write code, test it, deploy it, improve it.
Be a sounding board and guide for less experienced devs (or just focus on building - your call).
Have a real say in where the tech stack and team culture go.
