Job Summary ND/BTech./BSc.Food Sc/Chem.;(Flavour Creation);Foodstuffs, Cosmetics, & Disinfectants Act; GC/ MS Operation/Analysis. 5 (Five) Plus years exp of SAVOURY flavour creation/development/exp. & understanding of African market/related categories/ Regulatory Affairs. Responsible for the dev. (creation and matching) of new SAVOURY flavours to enhance existing product range/provide technical direction & expertise during savoury product development. Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines as set out in briefs. Communicate effectively with the team and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the product development team. Create and match flavours and adapt existing flavours to meet client expectations and organisational goals. Accurate records of flavour formulation. Provide technical support and expertise to the team and other departments including Sales. Impart knowledge and exp. to Trainee and Junior Flavourists.
