We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established team within the manufacturing industry. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Qualifications:

Matric
ICM’s or
Studying towards a BCom Accounting

Skills:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Credit Control (manufacturing/distribution industry experience advantageous).
Strong proficiency in Excel
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines.

Job description:

Full function credit control, including debt collection from both private and government entities.
Managing large book values and volumes
Reconciling accounts and resolving queries efficiently.
Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely payments.
Preparing age analysis and reporting on overdue accounts.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
