- Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.
- Oversee tenant billing, recoveries, and municipal accounts.
- Control accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, variances, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, audits, and policies.
- Collaborate with property & operations teams to optimise performance.
- BCom
- 3–5 years’ experience in property finance or centre management.
- Knowledge of lease agreements & municipal billing.
- Proficient in MDA/MRI/SAP
- Detail-focused, analytical, and deadline-driven.
