You’ll manage a team, shape performance strategies, and experiment with cutting-edge tools to break through in regulated, competitive markets. And you won’t just keep pace with change, you’ll create it.This role is not for the timid. It’s for the restless operator who loves the numbers but never forgets the humans behind them. A thinker, a doer, a disruptor.What You’ll Command
  • Architect and execute performance marketing strategies that drive traffic, acquisitions, engagement, and revenue across multiple digital channels.
  • Manage, inspire, and optimise your team to deliver on growth ambitions with precision and urgency.
  • Slice through data, monitoring CPA, CPI, ROI, and campaign volumes, to extract meaning and fuel sharper decision-making.
  • Collaborate with developers, creatives, and digital teams to design campaigns that make audiences feel and act.
  • Conduct relentless testing, A/B, multivariate, creatives, platforms, to find the edge others miss.
  • Innovate within constraints, designing unorthodox campaigns that thrive even in heavily regulated markets.
  • Stay ahead of trends, experimenting with new channels before your competitors have even heard of them.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience (mobile apps or iGaming a big plus).
  • 3+ years leading and inspiring teams in high-growth environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in media buying, digital advertising, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, analytics, social and mobile marketing.
  • A strategic brain balanced with a scrappy, experimental spirit.
  • Deep analytical ability, you don’t just track metrics; you weaponise them.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills that keep teams aligned and partners bought in.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, restless, resourceful, results-driven.
