Job description:The Commercial Insure Adviser will be responsible to provide assistance to the Advisors. The position will focus on personal and commercial lines business.Responsibilities:Gather Policy informationCompile a summary of informationHandle new application and quotationsHandle and solve client enquiries (all existing business enquiries)Arrange appointments between Insure Adviser and ClientsManage Administrative Documentation (detailed records)Build and maintain good working relationshipsMaintain Service Level agreement deadlinesManage policy renewalsSkills sets required:Grade 12Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)Successfully completed the RE 5 Examination (Representatives)NQF Level 4 Short Term Insurance qualification or studying towardA minimum of 2-3 years working experience within the Insurance industryGood verbal and written communication skillsGood administration, organisation, and planning skillsGood multi-tasking and time management skillsHighly reliable, adaptable, and resilientProblem solvingAttention to detailTeam playerHighly client-focused with good interpersonal skills
