Job DescriptionOverseeing the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch/re-launch, ensuring products meet consumer needs, quality standards, and market trends. Including managing cross-functional teamsStrong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.Marketing skills: ATL & BTL development, planning & budget management, research briefing & analysis, market analysis, consumer insight management, new product & packaging development (including managing a cross-functional team), business & financial management, digital media & understanding of trade and commercial principles.Responsible for keeping abreast of market and trade landscape.Analyzing data across various platforms – i.e. market share, sales reports, in-depth P&L understanding, consumer insights, etc.Digital marketing management including campaign development & optimization, content marketing, social media marketing, influencer management & other digital advertising.Qualification & SkillsBCom/ BTech Marketing/ IMM DegreeMinimum 5 years' experience in brand management in an FMCG industryStrong understanding of brand building principles and strategiesProven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role with a working understanding of all business functions and key FMCG processesSuitable candidates will be contacted.
