- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored advice
- Present new vehicles, highlighting features, options, and benefits
- Conduct test drives and follow up with leads to close sales
- Negotiate pricing, finance packages, and trade-in deals professionally
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
- Complete all administrative tasks, including contracts, vehicle documentation, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and relevant legislation
