SUMMARY:
PRODUCT DESIGNER - 100% REMOTE - R840K PER ANNUMPOSITION INFO:HEY YOU! YES, YOU. DESIGN WIZARD.We are on the hunt for a Product Designer who doesn’t play by the book because we never wrote one.We are not your average startup. Our platform helps millions discover smarter deals—with zero spam and max delight.You’re our person if you have:
  • Have 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a product company or B2B SaaS environment
  • Application design experience
  • Have designed tools that support complex business processes or data-intensive workflows
  • You have deep knowledge and experience with design libraries and systems
  • Proficient in Figma - Components, Auto-layout, Variable prototyping etc. As our core design tool, experience in Figma is important
  • Bring deep experience collaborating with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle—not just at the start or end
  • Have experience driving the design contributions from the initial uncovering of customer problems, exploring potential solutions to working collaboratively with engineers to enable delivery and test assumptions
Your day will look like this:
  • Aim to remain deeply oriented around our customers’ context, goals and pain-points
  • You will be expected to lead and contribute to UX and interaction design-focused challenges, closely collaborating with product managers and engineers
  • Full product lifecycle involvement in our collaborative streams, representing the design counterpart, from early ideation through to post-launch iteration. (No traditional “handovers”, you’re expected to remain involved throughout the process)
  • Explore creative ways to solve customer problems, prototype and test our assumptions and iterate towards an improved customer experience
  • In collaboration with product managers and engineers, seek to gather and analyse insights from usage data and customer research efforts
