
Technical Sales Consultant – Cape Town (Remote)

- Partner with installers to promote and expand the full product and service offering.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities through installer channels.
- Conduct site visits to support installations, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex matters where needed.
- Deliver in-field training sessions and product awareness campaigns.
- Log all installer interactions in CRM and submit reports with actionable insights.
- Track local market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy.
- Maintain high installer satisfaction through training and support.
- Ensure 100% of installer interactions are accurately logged in CRM.
- Drive measurable product adoption across the Cape Town region.
- Submit weekly strategy and market insights reports.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales or field support (experience in access automation or electronic security preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge and advanced problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with strong territory management skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle - petrol will be compensated.
- Matric or equivalent (Technical Diploma/N4 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering advantageous).
- Experience with access automation products is highly beneficial.
- Fully remote role with the flexibility to manage your schedule while covering Cape Town and Brackenfell.
- Hands-on, impactful work with installers, driving tangible results in product adoption.
