As a key member of the CRM & Power Platform team, you will:

Transform raw data into interactive dashboards and reports for business users and executives
Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, and other data sources
Enable data-led decision-making across sales, service, and operational functions

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Modelling: Extract, clean, and transform data from SQL Server, Dynamics365, ERP systems, and Excel/SharePoint sources
Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain PowerBI dashboards aligned to KPIs in sales, customer service, pipeline, and financial performance
Report Automation: Schedule and manage data refreshes, ensuring real-time insights and data integrity
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to interpret requirements, deliver actionable visualisations, and embed analytics within Dynamics CRM & Business Central
Best Practices & Governance: Maintain modelling standards, enforce data governance, access controls, and ensure accuracy and consistency
Continuous Improvement: Identify dataset and report enhancements; suggest automation with PowerAutomate or PowerApps where relevant

Candidate RequirementsEssential:

3+ years hands-on experience with PowerBI and SQL Server
Strong data modelling skills: DAX, relationships, calculated columns/measures
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, optimizing performance
Experience connecting and integrating from Dynamics365 CRM and/or Business Central
Ability to communicate complex findings simply and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Desirable:

Familiarity with the Power Platform ecosystem (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerPages)
Exposure to AI features like Copilot in Power BI
Prior consulting or client-service experience in a Microsoftcentric environment
