- Work on projects from start to finish - working collaboratively with Junior and Senior Integrated Designers on asset creation and implementation
- Produce design concepts with a clear rationale to influence clients with creative input, in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts
- Look for ways to develop new design within the guidelines, marketing and production opportunities
- Create inspiring and exciting content - from new ideation, to repurposing and reformatting of assets from a global toolkit
- Retouching of packs, lock up design, layout and illustration
- Be a brand guardian. Developing a deep understanding of the brands, categories, and audiences, and create consumer-first assets that bring the brand message to life
- Ability to manage multiple projects, with various deliverables, on a campaign ideation level. Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales
- Proactively monitor quality, accuracy and consistency
- Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- Passionate about design & social media and understand the latest innovations in digital & social design
- An innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills - full of ideas across multi-platforms
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Motion and video skills using After Effects & Premiere. Storyboarding animation concepts
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- An understanding how to work across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Meta), print/ POS, and eComm
- Ability to accurately prepare files for both print and web and run the relevant pre-production checks
- An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
- An understanding of the latest Social and Digital technology trends
- Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
- The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
- Keen eye for detail
- Loves working in a fast-paced adaptable environment
- Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team
- Experience in FMCG or Healthcare sectors are ideal
- 4+ years of relevant experience in:
- Digital
- Motion Graphics
- Artwork
- Print & POS
- Production
