Job Description :A company that supplies specialised menu items to the food and hospitality industry is hiring a Reporting Analyst to join their team. You'll join a team of other analysts to play a crucial role in helping to understand customers, optimise operations, and achieve their business goals. This is a full-time, in-office, permanent position.Responsibilities:

Collect data from multiple sources, including sales and social media.

Clean and prepare data for analysis.

Analyse data to extract meaningful insights.

Build and maintain data pipelines.

Automate data collection and reporting processes.

Create reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Use financial metrics and visualisations to present findings.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data work.

Maintain high standards for data quality and integrity

Identify patterns and trends to support business decisions.

Provide insights for marketing, sales, operations, and product teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into insights.

Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks effectively

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Highly desirable skills:

Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.

Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.

Understanding of the food and beverage industry is a plus
