- Overseeing budgets, cost management, and financial
collaborating with external partners * Maintaining infrastructure through regular inspections,repairs, and identifying efficiency improvements * Handling human resources: workforce planning,training, compliance, audits, and staff well-being * Building strong relationships with head office,consultants, customers, and staff * Supporting and developing your team, maintainingmotivation, and addressing issues that impact morale REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven farm management experience in production agriculture
- Strong leadership, administrative, and analytical skills
- Solid grasp of production, infrastructure, and people management
- Production knowledge of Citrus and/or Avocado’s will be to your advantage
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
